Shannon was absolutely amazing as always. Cut all the red hair off my ends and despite it being awkward, she did amazing! My hair was very awkward lengths after messing around with it and without judgement or hesitation she fixed it and made my hair look healthier!! She also did my eyebrows which were also fantastic! Couldn’t recommend Shannon enough! Even with my anxiety she’s always patient and caring and it makes the whole experience feel less overwhelming ❤️thank you Shannon

I have been speaking to Sira about my skin and skincare for a while now. As with Lucy and all the other technicians at Offbeat, I feel safe and taken care of. Lucy was a big part of me starting to look after myself and realise I was worthy of self care like this and Sira has only added positively to that journey of self love! She was amazing today and made me feel so calm and her advice was really clear! She was so helpful and welcoming and just lovely! I had my eyebrows microbladed for the first time today, and honestly I was nervous. I wasn’t even sure what I wanted, but thankfully, Joy knew exactly what she was doing (because she’s amazing at it!). She was so professional, informative, and calm. I couldn’t help but feel at ease. Honestly, I think Joy could explain quantum physics and make it sound relaxing. If you’re on the fence like I was, just trust her — your brows will be in the best hands, you’ll leave feeling like you wished you’d done it sooner !

Amazing experience. The body scrub and massage put me in an amazing mood. I went for the pamper package plus eyebrow and face wax. My eyebrows have never looked better. I felt heard and understood and didn't feel embarrassed about speaking up. I will be back as a regular customer for sure <3

It was our first visit to Madheads for a haircut for my daughter who is almost 5. She doesn't love going to the hairdressers, she doesn't like the noise of the hairdryers & she's quite shy. Jade was fantastic with her & really put her at ease. Jade was also the first person to highlight to me that my daughter has a car flick & a double crown which explains why I've had so much trouble trying to get a centre parting right on my daughter. Jade gave me some tips to help me style my daughters hair better, & although it was just a trim, Jade has done a great job. Fantastic service, we will be back!

Always a pleasure has been for over a year I have been visited monthly 😊
