Really kind and good experience. My beautician helped to recommend skin care products and in my eyebrow wax she kept checking to make sure she wouldnt take too much of.

First time I came I was with Refie. She was amazing she did a brilliant job with my eyebrows. The second time I went, Paige was doing my eyebrows and it was awful. She rushed, she spent 2 minutes doing them, she didn't ask me if I was happy with the result. She walked off the room and wait for me outside to pay. I came back home very upset with the result so my boyfriend phoned them and talked to Bethany, who was very kind and gave me another appointment to have them properly done. Then, I was with Jess and she was amazing!! I will come back, but I will not book with Paige, she ruined my day.

I had waxing and pedicure today. My eyebrows look amazing and I am so pleased with my pedicure. I would highly recommend Charlie and will definitely be visiting her again very soon!
