Always a wonderful experience with Zillie. She is knowledgeable about what suits your face shape/tone (eyebrows), and she is always gentle and considerate about each movement and application. I've had multiple services from her and and if I ever have any questions, she never hesitates to get back to me and put my mind at ease.

This was my very first time getting my eyebrows/lashes done and Lois made me feel SO comfortable throughout the process. I walked out actually shocked that my eyebrows were actually mine because of how incredible they looked. I will be spending the rest of the evening looking in the mirror because wow! I have been going to Beata for a while now to get my eyebrows and lashes done, and I wouldn't trust anyone else with them. She always does such a perfect job, and I always leave her salon feeling like a million bucks. Not only is she incredibly talented at what she does, but she is also such a lovely and warm person. It was my first time getting an eyebrow wax with Aimee and wow what a lovely experience it was. She listened to what I wanted and got it spot on. I had a fantastic experience with Claire who has done multiple eyebrow tint and tidies + lash lifts for me. She’s an amazing professional who takes into consideration every aspect of a client’s request. I walk out of every appointment feeling beautiful and fully satisfied with the result. Fabulous! Quick pain free waxing and managed to jiggle the diary about when I’d forgotten to include my eyebrows in the booking.

I had the most amazing experience getting my nails done for the first time ever. I’m a trans woman and I have never felt more welcomed in a space before, from the lovely people to the warm welcoming atmosphere. Lynsey was my nail tech today and will be for the future also she done a great job and was super friendly. I also got my eyebrows done as well and the whole experience was incredible and euphoric, I now see why everyone recommends cute but deadly, thank you so much ❤️
