If I could give 11/10 I would. Lauren is not only a true professional but she is friendly, caring, attentive & Always goes above and beyond. She makes me feel safe, always ensuring I have the full information regarding any procedures to help me make an informed choice. Her prices are reasonable and she is just amazing. I would always go to her place for beauty treatments and I can't recommend her any higher than I do. If your local to Epworth or even if you're not, seriously give her a try because I guarantee, you won't go anywhere else once you have experienced Lauren Jay Beauty & Aesthetics.

Steph is such a meticulous, perfectionist. She is only happy if you are happy. I am so pleased with how my eyebrows are. My eyebrow journey is just getting better and better and that is all thanks to Steph!

Lauren is always friendly, and I always feel very welcome. She also offers great advice and tips to make sure my nails last until my next visit.
