From the moment I arrived, she made me feel relaxed, comfortable, and completely confident in her hands. She explained the entire process clearly, and continued to talk me through each step during the procedure. Natalia’s professionalism and warm personality made the whole experience amazing — and I’m so happy with how my brows turned out. I couldn’t have asked for better results!

I had an eye lash lift/tint and eyebrow tint - Elise was very accommodating as she knows I don't like my brows being too dark. They are perfect! Also had my finger and toe nails done - French on my toes and polish on my finger nails. Elise advised me not to have gel as she wants to keep an eye on one of my nails! Although I was a bit gutted, I know she was only looking out for me. So Thank you :)
