Rachel was amazing! She took me through all the training with easy to understand detail and had many resources to help me along my future lash and brow journey. I had the absolute pleasure of visiting Perfect Touch Studio Mullaloo yesterday. From the moment I walked in, Alla made me feel completely at ease with her friendly and welcoming demeanour. Her professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding — she truly goes above and beyond to ensure her clients feel pampered and cared for. One thoughtful touch that really stood out was the warm blanket she provided during the treatment. It may seem small, but it made such a difference in comfort and relaxation. I felt cozy, calm, and completely spoiled! Highly recommend!

I have had my lips, eyebrows and eyeliner all cosmetically tattooed with Alla, I’m extremely happy with the outcome. I’ve just completed my lash and brow course with Rachel and I couldn’t recommend her enough!! It was a 1-on-1 training day that gave me the confidence to go home and start taking my own clients. The course was very detailed and Rachel’s experience and demonstration on a live model were really helpful.

Alla was so lovely, she explained everything clearly so I knew exactly what to expect (I’m a newbie to ombré brows). Room was super clean and relaxing with everything sterilised. No discomfort whatsoever and I’m thrilled to bits with my eyebrows. I will definitely be coming back. I cannot recommend Alla highly enough.
