Lucy was incredibly informative and caring when it came to my skin concerns and needs. She was knowledgeable when it came to my underlying conditions and made a professional assessment based on that. Having never had a facial before and being nervous about people touching my face, Lucy made me feel comfortable. I will be revisiting again to see her.

Grace was excellent. The full body massage was very relaxing - almost fell asleep! My eyebrow tint may be a tad dark, but the shape is great.
