I got my eyelashes done for the first time today by Katie. Before my appointment she texted me directions and pictures of the building. I explained to her what look I was going for and she did an amazing job! She was so nice and gave me a little care package at the end of my appointment. If you are in the New York/ Long Island City area I definitely recommend her!

I got a deep cleansing gua sha facial, eyebrow lamination, and lash lift. The staff was kind and it was such a relaxing experience. My brows and lashes look great and I woke up today with a noticably less puffy face. I will be back every month for a refresh.

Alisha did a wonderful job! She was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. My lash tint was flawless and my eyebrow tint and lamination result was just what I needed. She picked the color according to my complexion and hair color combined with eye color. In the past, I experienced really overly darkened eyebrows but Alisha assured me she had the correct color for me. I was so happy with the professionalism and as always, I experienced a wonderful nap before waking up beautified! Thank you!

Pinky is so kind, and did such an amazing job on my brows (threading and tint) and lashes (lash tint). I love the meditative chanting music she plays, and it's really just such a lovely experience. I decided to stay and get reflexology and ended up doing an hour of it with Shoba! She's incredible and did a full leg massage (and scalp massage). Definitely add that on! If I lived here, I would do it every week!

My aesthetician was Katie and she was the absolute sweetest. I had gotten a lash lift before in Ecuador and I was expecting something along those lines. After Katie was done with me I never knew how amazing a lash lift could look until she finished mine. I got the Keratin Lash Lift with Tint and my eyelashes looked gorgeous. I would only recommend getting it if you already have long lashes, otherwise it won’t look as good. I’m so happy I found this place and will definitely be a new reoccurring customer. I came with damaged eyelashes, years of not getting them done properly, I went to KS lash and he did such a fabulous job.. my new growth is growing, and each time my lashes are better and better! My sister-in-law recommended Katie to me and I couldn't be happier. I've never gotten an eyelash lift nor an eyebrow tint before so I was nervous initially. Katie was very knowledgeable and took good care of me! She informed me about what eyebrow treatment would work best for my hair color; so instead of an eyebrow tint (which would've been less effective) she suggested a hybrid tint instead. I'm very satisfied with the results! I would definitely come back again.

Anna always does a fantastic job with my eyebrows. She always listens to how I prefer my eyebrow shape and tint color. I’m very particular about my eyebrows and don’t randomly go just anywhere to get them done. I trust her 100% with it all! For reference I get tint, shape and lamination done about every 8 weeks. She is truly a professional and provides education and gives you a little kit to care for your eyebrows. Plus her new location is so cute 💗

Found this place on google near home decided to try. elevator wasnt working but were only 2 flights. Inside was a vibe & the staff was warm & welcome. I met my lash tech & went straight to it. Process was seamless, took 2 hrs & fell asleep.I got a full set natural individual. They came out pretty I went for a cat eye look. 1 thing I wish could be different was ALL the lashes be individual.tech applied 2d lashes to the outer corners, which is something I didnt want. I’ll def come back & I’ll express EVEN MORE that I don’t want anything BUT individual lashes, NO 2D

Very calming and lovely eyebrow/lash technician. Was my first experience with lamination and lift + tint so I didn’t really have any expectations however the outcome was lovely. My eyebrows are beautifully shaped and styled in the way I’ve been unsuccessfully attempting in the past. I will return. She also explained the process and what to expect in after care. I love the look!
