My 2nd time coming and another lovely experience! Helen makes you feel so welcome and comfortable. She’s honest about what she thinks will look good for your features and very knowledgeable about the procedures and how to handle complications should they arise. I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else as I trust her completely and the results are always so pretty. Thank you 🩷

Chloe was fantastic! She was gentle and gave my lashes a thorough clean. She really listened to what I wanted and offered helpful advice on what would work best for my lashes given their current condition. Very professional and such a lovely person! Lovely afternoon with 5*treatment yet again from Rhianna. Micro planing facial with rejuvenating mask, eyebrow and eyelash tint followed by a lovely hot stone massage 💕

Absolutely wonderful technician. I get super anxious when having eyelashes done but she made me feel so relaxed, welcome and didn’t push me to talk when I first went. The end result is always perfect and I’m always looking forward to going now

Had appt for facial and eyelash tint. First time in years. Forgot how nice it was to have a treatment. Will definitely be back. Liked it because dont need to be a size 12 perfect woman to go here as both keeley and stacey make you feel all relaxed. I had hurt my back day before and as I was leaving someone cancelled an appt so I was able to jump in for a half hour back massage. Was exactly what I needed. Stacey very attentive and aware of my requirements as have permanent injuries she needed to be careful of. So pleased I went Premises fresh, clean, comfortable and relaxing.

Absolutely amazing at doing nails, Julia has done my nails since I decided to stop my nail biting, was a little bit of a process to get where we wanted to be, I couldn’t thank her enough! She does a brilliant job and also my nails last for 2months! She uses the best products and the best techniques to make them last.. couldn’t recommend her enough! Takes her time, lovely girl!💕
