Booked in last minute with Heidi after my usual therapist had to cancel my appointment due to being ill. Heidi did my waxing and a lash lift and I'm so happy with the results, waxing was painless and my lashes are amazing. She was easy to talk to and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Would recommend and will definitely be booking in again. Thank you so much x

Reah is not only the best at what she does, she is also an amazing person. So warm, so kind and always makes an effort to connect and make others feel amazing. Recently moved to Stevenage so first time visiting Katie and she didn’t disappoint. Made me feel so comfortable, easy to talk to and most of all made my brows look fab. Will definitely be returning and getting more treatments!

Beautifully decorated shop. Very friendly and welcoming. So happy with my Korean lashes, I've only ever had standard LVL before and there is a big difference. Also had my eyebrows waxed and tinted for the first time in my life. (36 years old). Will definitely be back for other treatments.
