This was my first appointment with Sarah. I’m fairly new to having eyelash extensions and now know exactly how I want them to look. I’m in my 50’s and didn’t want them too thick, long or curly. I wanted them to look as natural as possible and I believe that has been achieved. I am extremely happy. In fact, Sarah made me so relaxed, I almost fell asleep!

What can I say? It was wow! My eyelashes—mega volume—look so amazing! I feel like a woman again. She was so gentle; she asked if I was cold. Anna has an electric blanket which made me warm, and I felt so relaxed. When I saw the result, I was like, "What just happened? It looks so good!" I can recommend Anna so much. Zenah make me feel so much welcomed on my first visit to her, she’s so lovely and also have a lot of knowledge in her job. Explained for me in minimum details about my eyelashes and I loved them! I came back here after a break and as before the service you get is excellent, everyone is so friendly and I always get a warm welcome when I return, I've been having my nails done by Sonila since February this year and I've been having gel polish with protein base and this has made such a difference to my nails they have grown so much and are stronger for having this protein base added as well I'm so pleased with them, I've also been having me eyes brows waxed by Jaspreet & Sabira both are very good at what they do and very knowledgeable so I'm very happy to give a 5 star rating.
