Emma was excellent. She kindly, gently, and professionally explained the nail treatment in detail and clearly. She was very meticulous in her work, and we enjoyed some nice conversations as well. My nails look fabulous, and they were well cared for throughout the process. Thank you, Emma! This has been the best nail experience I've had in Chester for a long time. I highly recommend it.

I first went to TBV just after COVID - now it’s my go-to. I’ve had all kinds of waxing and laser too. Yvonne is amazing! She’s professional, but also puts you at ease. Quick and efficient, and the results are always fab. Would highly recommend. I will never go anywhere else in Chester for waxing. Thanks Yvonne and team!

I highly recommend The Beauty Vault. Yvonne is brilliant and professional. The service is excellent and very well done. I come here for waxing but I’ve also had my eyelashes and eyebrows done in the past. I would not consider any place else. 10/10.

I have been having my nails done by Rebecca for a few months now and, after trying most salons in Chester, I can honestly say this place is the best. The attention to detail and care taken over each nail is impressive. I can’t go anywhere else now as the quality here is amazing!
