Chantelle is amazing as always! Friendly, talkative (however she does know when I don’t want to talk and is happy to just leave me to relax while having my treatments), lovely and welcoming! Nina was very welcoming, super kind and offered loads of help and advice too when decided what to pick for my first round of semi permanent makeup. I actually went for brows and lip blush. We exceeded the allotted time and Nina was really careful to take her time and offered breaks whenever I needed it too. It’s only day three but I’m already impressed with the results and can’t wait to see the healed results - back for my top up in December
