Today, Addy was on time, cheery and friendly. She understood exactly what I wanted. We had great conversation and lots of laughing. Complaint #1 My head massage went too quick. Complaint #2 my face was covered in hair dye. I have no other complaints. Hahaha seriously, I always love coming and have my hair done with Addy. She helps me feel young again. Love you Addy. Xox

My brows and lashes are absolutely amazing! I think the best I ever had, and I’ve visited multiple places in the past! The whole experience was a big pleasure! I loved when Emily explained step by step what’s she’s doing, because laying down with my eyes closed and having my face touched can make me a bit anxious, and I didn’t feel it once with her! I’m a bit disappointed with my hair appointment. I was „handled” by four different girls, and while most of them seemed very nice, it left me a bit confused, and passing me from person to person without saying anything felt slightly strange.

I had such an amazing experience at Gingerbelle! Emily is absolutely incredible at what she does — so professional, gentle, and made me feel completely comfortable the whole time. My lashes turned out flawless, exactly how I wanted them, and the attention to detail was next level. You can really tell she takes pride in her work. After some crappy experience at the last few hair dressers' appointments I've had at other salons, I just want to say that tonight I walked out happy with the service and the colour and will definitely be back!

Maria listened to my concerns regarding some previous haircuts elsewhere, which had left me feeling unhappy. Maria talked through what she would like to achieve and asked my opinion throughout. The root colour is good, though some colour left around my hairline after washing . The wash and massage were great and my haircut is looking really good so far, will see how it goes for me styling it. I am very happy with the care taken and the professional friendly service .
