Amazing experience as always. Made to feel comfortable and in very knowledgeable hands. A session of luxury facial, derma planing and microneedling, followed by some filler. Lauren is such a great listener and knew exactly what I wanted and made sure I was happy. I love going to skin serenity - can’t wait for my Botox in 2 weeks! X

Victoria is fantastic. I had a consultation, followed by a cut, colour and foil highlights. She is friendly, highly skilled and passionate about what she does and talks through the process. Plus she is an honest, lovely person and a pleasure to chat to. Right from the start, I knew I was in cable hands. I love my new style and colour and am booked in for my next appointment already. I had a 15 minute consultation and patch test done with Victoria before booking in for a colour/highlights and a cut. Victoria was friendly, knowledgeable at her craft. She listened to me and came up with some valuable input regarding new style and colour ideas. I am excited to go back to have my hair done.

My visits here are always a massive highlight for me. Lisa, Stacey and Alix were so welcoming. Always friendly and caring and creates such a relaxing environment. There is nowhere else in York like it! Alix took such time and care doing my nails and the art I had found. Fantastic job and love my nails. I had the luxury dermaplaning, facial and LED light therapy treatment with lauren. The salon is gorgeous and so tranquil from the soft music, heated blanket and gorgeous aroma it was the perfect setting for such a relaxing facial- I could have fallen asleep! Lauren was so calming and I felt really looked after from start to finish I might have to make it a regular treatment. Thank you so much <3

Fantastic facial today along with LED light facial, eye brow tint and wax. Lauren was very tentative and thorough on explaining with detail what she was doing and what products she was using on my face. I felt relaxed and at ease through out the whole treatment.
