Having had a few sessions now with B Therapy, and having had both leg and full body massages with her, I can highly recommend her expert services, which have been invaluable in helping to flush out the toxins and promote recovery from the constant training I've been doing! As an avid runner, I'm always looking at ways to enhance my recovery, and have been doing everything I can to improve my recovery times, but have been plagued with recurring aches and pains.
