Emily has always been nothing but professional, friendly, and genuinely passionate about what she does. Her knowledge in skincare is incredible — she takes the time to explain everything, makes you feel completely at ease, and really understands what your skin needs. The service I had today was amazing, and you can tell she truly cares about her clients and the results they get. Amazing set up with friendly and knowledgable staff supporting you. I experienced the recovery lounge with contrast therapy (hot and cold), red light therapy and pressotherapy. The guys were super friendly and let me try the oxygen therapy experience as well. Highly recommend experiencing what Cardiff Wellness lounges have to offer, a fantastic and affordable facility to meet your recovery goals or support with your training goals. I'll most definitely be returning.

Fab service and just so much better than the previous machine down in Brighton when I had a different treatment provider, this is practically pain free by comparison. It's a bit sore in the evening after but last time it healed up so quickly was fab.

I have had multiple treatments from Emily now, and I’m always so impressed with the results afterwards - my skin feels amazing and it’s glowing! Emily is professional and knowledgeable, and her treatments leave me feeling relaxed and calm, whilst also nourishing my skin and really giving me the ‘me time’ that we all deserve. I’ve learned so much about my skin, and it really does make a difference having regular treatments. Because of Emily, I’m learning to love my skin again. ✨ Just had the most gorgeous massage at the Wellness Lounge! After a tough week, this was exactly what I needed. Everything felt so professional, and as someone who usually feels quite anxious, I really appreciated the care they put in. The forms beforehand gave me space to share my previous injuries and any anxieties I had , and Paul took the time to go through everything with me and explain how the lymphatic massage works. I left feeling lighter, calmer, and completely looked after. I’ll definitely be visiting again and would recommend it to anyone! 💆‍♀️💫

I had the BEST experience with Emily for my chemical peel. So relaxing! Emily really knows what she’s talking about and answered all my questions before and after my treatment and also gave me lots of aftercare advice. I had microneedling and the LED light therapy mask facial at The Glow Clinic with Vic about a month ago. My skin was glooowing the days afterwards and the redness only lasted 24 hours. over the last month my scars and marks have faded so much. I was nervous at first as I hadn’t had it done before but Vic was so kind and friendly and I felt super comfortable as she was explaining the best fit facials for my particular skin condition and issues as I initially went in for a peel. Had my first appointment with Victoria today for the first of my three miconeedle sessions and led session. Loved every minute of it. Victoria talked me through the different stages, cleanse, numbing, microneedle sessio etc and was so gentle with my skin. It was so relaxing and I highly recommend. ☺️

I found Emily by chance online & am so pleased I did. I wasn't sure which treatment to have so once we'd gone through all the necessary allergy/medical questions, Emily went through the various treatments that would be most beneficial to me as it was my first visit. She really is the sweetest & most patient & very knowledgeable. I chose a facial peel treatment & it's the best, most thorough I've ever had. Was definitely worth the journey from Chepstow to Cardiff. Have now booked for my daughter & will be rebooking for myself. Can't recommend Emily enough x
