Grace was super friendly, knowledgeable and gentle throughout the whole treatment. I booked in for a Level 3 Facial and at every step she knew exactly what she was doing and answered any questions I had about what was going on. She tailored the treatment throughout to suit my skin needs and recommended products to use afterwards. If you’re looking for a facial in Manchester, Grace is your go-to!! From the pre-appointment form where Grace even asks if you would like to chat or not, you can tell she pays attention to the smallest details. It was my first facial after a routine consultation with Grace a year ago (if you never had a routine consultation with her please book it NOW because it will change your life). It was so relaxing and personalised, and when you chat to Grace it feels like you have known her forever. Thank you so much Grace and see you soon! :)

My sister and I booked in with Luke for the first time recently,to have Botox, Profhilo and Vit B injections. We were very impressed from pre to post appointment; Luke was friendly, easy to chat to, he explained the process for each treatment and how our anatomy dictated placement and amounts. He checked in throughout to make sure we were okay, offered breaks if needed and gave really clear aftercare. The space was clean, calm and professional and we’re already booked in to return.
