I always come away from reflexology with Carla floating on a cloud. She has such a calm, kind aura & truly healing hands. She is incredibly knowledgable & gives bespoke advice on the areas she identifies each treatment & she creates a very safe sanctuary in which you can totally relax & unwind. The aesthetician was very friendly and her hands were so gentle. My skin felt very hydrated when I left. I only wish I had more whitehead removal from my nose and cheeks. I was VERY grateful to still be seen as severe delays on the tube led to my being 25 minutes late. Great customer service.

Amazing massage and hydration facial as always. I just wish there was a warm low lighting room you could relax in after your massage for 10-15 mins. That’s the only reason I have 4 stars otherwise I would give 5 stars.
