I had my BIAB nails removed and redone with Alice who was really friendly and attentive. She paid great attention to detail and I’m really pleased with how my nails turned out! Alice mentioned that the salon does not use nail drills to avoid damaging the nails so removal is all done manually and does take slightly longer but worth it for nail health!

I visited the spa today for my usual waxing appointment and, as always, Yadilene was fantastic. She is a highly skilled and professional therapist who always makes me feel comfortable and well cared for. Her attention to detail and friendly manner make every visit a great experience. Cassie was so wonderful and I left feeling 100x better! She is extremely knowledgeable and I really enjoyed chatting and learning from her. She took the time to talk through all of my concerns and the treatment felt very holistic. I was extremely stuffed up coming into the appointment with fall allergies and the 60 minute session did wonders - seriously felt like I had just done a sinus flush. Looking forward to my next appointment!

What can I say! I have been a client of Karolina for many many years even before she opened the shop. Her passion for lashes is unmatched and her knowledge is unreal. I don’t even show her photo inspirations anymore because I trust the look she will tailor to my eye shape and I really trust her judgement E V E R Y. SINGLE. T I M E!! I have moved to the other end on commercial road and there is a lot of competition and beauty shops in my area but I just refuse to try as I don’t want to waste my money if I am not satisfied with the end result. I’ve booked a block of Ayurvedic lymphatic drainage massage with Afshan as after having a baby my ankles remained full of fluid. Each session the difference is incredible and I feel like I am becoming the old me again. Afshan has a wealth of knowledge about the lymphatic system and gives me exercises to do each week to build on the work she has done. I feel cared for, supported and treated as an individual. I can’t recommend Afshan enough.

The body scrub massage is simply superb; so good for my skin, wellbeing and relaxation. Jeff is such a professional, skilled and gentle guy. He really comes highly recommended, and I plan to continue using his services on trips to London. I’m a very happy client.

Therapist was knowledgeable and gave useful knowledge on use of machine as well as how to get the best results from other therapies the Studio offers. She was welcoming and I felt at ease in her presence and explanation of the working of the roller shaper. She knew about lympathic therapies and and the importance of hydrating the body before and after sessions to flush toxins from the body. I look forward to attending the other sessions booked.

Karolina is incredible, she is so kind, warm, professional and has so much knowledge about lashes. They are so accurately applied that you cannot even feel them. I’ve had fox eye and a custom shape - both were amazing and tailored to suit my eye shape. I will be a forever client! Ps the beds are super comfy!

Such an amazing job, everyone there is lovely and incredibly skilled and thorough with manis and pedis. Hands down the best experience I’ve had getting my nails done, and they’ve lasted for ages.
