First time getting lash extensions so I was feeling quite anxious, however the experience was great! I had a small issue with some of the lashes being slightly wonky, but Zita fixed this quickly and efficiently. Would 100% recommend and intend on coming back :)

Carly is warm & welcoming instantly putting you at ease, you start to relax the minute she greets you as you step into her absolutely beautiful therapy room. I could feel the tension in my shoulders just melting away. I did not want to leave! Absolutely Highly Recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My first visit, after I posted in local community group for recommendations. Sophie was very welcoming, friendly, actively listened, I actually felt heard and was able to adapt the treatment I had initially booked in for. For the first time during the treatment and so far post treatment my skin is not feeling irritated or sensitive and I feel the products are quite light on the skin. Pal is magical. I haven't had a massage in 4 years so I knew she would have her work cut out for her. Due to an accident last year my lower back has been very painful for a while. Pal managed to work out alot of my muscle. I cant wait to see her again im a couple of weeks. Thank you so much
