The experience at Utopia with Keri is absolutely amazing! She instantly makes you feel so comfortable and cared for. I've had several facials with her now and every one has been wonderful. She's truly brilliant at what she does, plus incredibly insightful, knowledgeable and professional. Keri’s calming, gentle, and kind energy makes every treatment feel relaxing and uplifting; I always leave feeling renewed and glowing. I was in for another facial to continue my skin care journey with Keri. My skin has improved dramatically since regularly having dermabrasion and the blackhead buster. I also love that I got a mini shoulder massage 😌 you can't go wrong with this salon as the team is so skilled at what they do.

I absolutely loved my experience! The staff were incredibly kind and professional, and the place was very clean and welcoming. I do my electrolysis sessions with them and I tried their hot stones massage, and the service was amazing. I highly recommend them!

Blissful massage and facial today with Emily the little White Witch. Strong as an Ox but light as a feather - exactly what my muscles needed. Everything felt so tailored to my body. Releasing tension with deep massage but relaxing at the same time. I've never experienced this anywhere else as other deep tissue massage ihave always been a bit painful. I had the Relax Swedish massage with Emily. The focus was on my back & shoulders and lower legs. Emily is a wonder, a true White Witch. How she balances healing, relaxation and seriously, much-needed deep tissue massage is a mystery. I really needed this and have felt so good afterwards. As a VIP member, I had an extra stress-busting head massage, which the lovely Emily, sensing my stress, "felt compelled" to do.
