My journey with Jen at embellish has been a game changer, when I started seeing Jen 3 months ago, I had been diagnosed with chronic uticaria 2 years earlier. I was on 3 different medicines to help the symptoms, which ranged from inflammation of my skin, red swollen face and itchy peeling skin. I have recently finished my course of PEMF and Hocatt 10 sessions and 2 oxygen therapy facials. I am now off all my medication and my skin has been clear and inflammation has gone. Microdermabrasion facial with the gorgeous Mia ! Inguinal Hernia Surgery continued week 5 Treatment : 6 Pain : 0 out of 10 Healing : Surgeon said I'm free to do light exercises and bike ride. What a relief more freedom to do things that I need to do

Inguinal Hernia Surgery Week 3 of 6 for recovery Treatment : 5 Pain : 0 out of 10 Healing : I have healed so well, the surgeon suggested I can do light exercises and bike ride next week, which is 4th of 6th week of usual recovery.

I have just had an Inguinal Hernia Repair and just by chance I received an article from Dr Joseph Mercola on Inguinal Hernias, Incidence, Causes and treatments before my initial Red Light (Photobiomodulation) with near Infra-red light treatment. I had decided to incorporate The Red Light therapy for supporting healing and improving overall outcomes before I read Dr Mercola's article. I would like to think the Red Light (PHOTOBIOMODULATION) Therapy could be used for other surgical procedures such as hip replacements (I have had both replaced), knee, ankle, wrist and shoulder surgery etc.

I have always believed in preventative maintenance of yourself and your assets. I maintain my car by checking the oil, water and air in the tyres.
