I’ve been coming to Fresh Face Skin since 2022 and have always had such a positive experience. The receptionist is consistently so sweet and welcoming, and the skin therapists are incredibly knowledgeable and professional. Such friendly, knowledgeable, and caring staff. I always feel listened to, and my treatments are perfectly tailored to my skin. They really take the time to consider what will work best, and I always leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated! The tea on arrival is a lovely bonus, and there’s never any pressure to buy products - although if you do, they’re super gentle on the skin and feel (and smell) amazing!!

I had a skin needling treatment today with Jamie and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. She took the time to explain the process thoroughly so I could really understand what was happening with my skin, why certain reactions occur, and how they contribute to resurfacing and blood stimulation for better results. Coming to have my hair done by Shelbie is always an absolute highlight hands down. Her warm, welcoming nature makes every appointment such a joy. Her communication and honesty when it comes to my hair is amazing, when deciding what we do she always gives me a realistic expectation and knocks it completely out of the park. I never feel more confident than when I leave an appointment with Shelbie! ICan not recommend her and Honey salon higher, I would if I could. Shelbie is an absolute find. As an ex hairdresser myself I was so impressed with her knowledge and skills. She was able to colour correct my blonde hair with minimal fuss and maximum result. She is warm and friendly, and really listened to what I wanted. I felt completely relaxed and confident through the whole service. The salon is immaculate, good value for money and the snack and drinks game was strong! I will definitely be back.

My first appointment was for a consultation on fine lines and wrinkles with Mady. We discussed my concerns and what I was hoping to achieve. Mady was professional and very thorough and advised on different treatment options. She is very kind and knowledgeable, which made me feel comfortable and at ease. I opted to start on trying out botox on my frown lines on the day. At all times I felt I was in very good hands, the procedure was quick and I left feeling excited about returning soon to work on my next area of concern.
