Yvonne was amazing with all her experience and so much knowledge to share. Yvonne made me feel so relaxed and knew exactly what I wanted and explained the whole process... Excellent, great service and I left rebooked for some new treatments that weren’t upselled to me, they were thoughtful and useful suggestions based on the questions they and I asked while there.

Second visit: I was waiting to submit this review to see if the soreness subsides but brows are still stinging and are very sore to touch. Wax was a little hotter than usual but I’m no complainer and get on with it. I thought it’ll calm down over night. Never had a reaction to brow waxing like that before so hopefully it’s only due to the slightly hotter wax. Colour is a little darker than I would have wanted, looked fine yesterday evening but daylight make them stand out a little too much which I mentioned I wasn’t a fan of. would be keen to keep testing as my first experience was amazing.

Sylvia was knowledgeable and professional and explained the application of biab before she started. The salon was beautifully presented and conversation throughout my visit was lovely. Thank you Sylvia 💖
