So today I had my first curly haircut & I can’t believe what I was able to find out about my hair. I’ve always disliked my hair. It was always super flat & frizzy. So I always straightened it because that was the only way that I felt my hair was pretty. Through the years I tried to embrace what wave my hair had & after getting pregnant my hair texture changed. My friend Mary recommended me to come here & I was in shock to see what my hair looked like after he was done, because this is what I’ve always wanted my hair to look like!

Josh was courteous in replying to messages and during a curly hair consultation. He listened to my hair concerns and came up with a long term plan. On the day of the actual appointment, I felt comfortable with his suggestions, cut, style and products used. I’m very happy with the results and will definitely be back for another curly hair cut🙏

My curly haircut with Josh was an amazing experience. The consultation was paced and thorough, he wouldn’t begin until we were both clear on what I wanted and what could be achieved. I also left feeling educated as his knowledge on natural hair is 10/10! I’ve had curly cuts before at different salons and they’ve never truly nailed it like Josh did. His technique was thorough and careful and he did everything to suit my face shape and style. I feel so grateful to have found him , and he is local! I literally left feeling like the best version of me. Thank you so much bro you are the king!

I really appreciate Josh's thoughtfulness and patience. Both my young daughters have thick curly hair which he specializes in. I took them in and watched at how attentive he was to their hair and their ability to style their own hair. After 3 years of fighting with multiple stylists who fried my hair, I went in today very skeptical was very pleased with how he was able to manage my haircut and I have plans of going back and continuing my hair care routine.
