Larissa is amazing!! Not only does she do a superb job with color; she gives me a beautiful haircut and a clean fade on my sides every time. That is only the start! Not only is she an incredible stylist, she is friendly, hilarious, and SO hospitable. I am absolutely pampered every time I see her.. She even shined my shoes! 😍 10 out of 10, I’ll never go anywhere else for all my hair needs!!!

I was visiting Phoenix and it was my first time going to Emg Barbershop. The barbers were all really cool and it was a nice atmosphere overall. Emajanae was awesome — super cool to chat with and gave me a perfect cut. Highly recommend her if you’re in the Ahwatukee / Phoenix area!

Second time seeing Alejandra. I live in Seattle and come down to Phoenix 3 to 4 times a year to visit my daughter. Alejandra did such a fantastic job the first time I had to see her again. At this visit she provided me a color consult in addition to my haircut. She also looked at my daughter's wavy hair and describe what she would do for a cut help the curls lay better. So next time I come down for a cut, I will also book my daughter for back to back appointments.

Very pleasant. The store is newly opened and has been anxiously awaited since e it's announced coming son announcement. The operator., Ms. Jamie ----(I did not recall her last name), was very experienced and easy to talk to. I am so pleased we have a salon in our Senior Living area. Not having to leave and drive outside our quarters is a big plus. I have already scheduled a return visit for more service. After moving here a few years ago, I tried about 5 different places before finding this one. Alma was the first to cut my hair and now I would let it grow to my shoulders before I would let anyone else cut it. She is a true perfectionist constantly touching things up throughout the process. If you want to have someone cut your hair in 15 mins and make you look like you tried to do it yourself, there are plenty of places around. If have been looking for a men's cut that looks sharp and professional your search is over! Request Alma and you can thank me later.

First time at the inner circle, chose next available appointment and had Ian as my barber, brief explanation of what I did not like about my hair and how I preferred. No further direction and the results where perfect. Ian Nailed It. I will be back!

I had a great first visit with Layered Locks LLC. Natalia is very warm and welcoming. We discussed my hair qualities and she proceeded to give me a VERY CUTE haircut with styling. As a newcomer to the area, she helped me navigate the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. I am very pleased, will continue to go to Layered Locks and would recommend them to anyone. Also, her prices are very fair.

Alejandra is ALWAYS great to work with when doing my hair. I love her new studio. It may be out of my way, but I will trek to wherever she may be to get my hair done. For a time I had someone else cutting my hair, but he literally only used clippers for my new short cut. I would always find varying lengths. While he was a good stylist for his clientele needs, my hair type wasn’t a good match for him. Alejandra does the same cut and she uses scissors. She understands my curly hair and I could trust her recommendations. 10/10

Been depending on Ian as my barber for years, and there just aren’t enough words to explain how great he and his team are. No matter what, he’s going to give you a top tier experience, and make sure you walk away from your cut feeling 10x better than you walked in. Bonus, is that he genuinely cares about his customers. If you’re looking for a Barber you can count on, look no further.

My barber Alba was amazing. She was very receptive to ny vision and one I wanted and she got it spot on. Was nervous to go short hair so im really happy I came here and felt in good hands.

One of the best experiences by far at any barbershop down here in the Valley. May, expertly cut my hair in the way old school barbers utilized combs and clippers, no guard attachments. Something I have yet to come across at any other establishment. The attention to detail and her honed craft sets the bar high for her competitors. I see no reason not to go back. My only regret was I had things to do and left before I could try a shave/facial.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a fantastic experience with Cozaire at EMG Barbershop. He quickly understood the exact haircut and style I was looking for and delivered it perfectly. It’s not easy to find a barber who gets your vision right away, but Cozaire absolutely did. What made the visit even better was the great conversation. He’s open-minded, friendly, and easy to talk to, and we ended up having some really interesting discussions during the haircut. Highly recommend Cozaire if you’re looking for a skilled barber and a great overall barbershop experience! 💈✂️

This was my first time in. I made a last min appt online last night for a hair cut. I usually got to barber shops cause my hair is short but I decided to try a salon close to home. The first young lady that was supposed to cut my hair was upfront and honest with me that she isn't the best with short hair cuts. I appreciated that she was upfront and honest. I ended up getting my hair cut by Maria. I showed her multiple pictures of the look/transformation I was going for and she made it happen. She keep my haircut looking feminine which I love! I recommend this salon and will be back!
