Charlotte is excellent, polite, chatty and makes your hairdressing experience lovely along with a hot drink and biscuit 😀 Charlotte has been my hairdresser (and daughters) for nearly 10 years and has always been upfront and honest if she thinks a style will or won’t work for me and advises accordingly and I have always left happy 😊 I highly recommend 😀
