Incredibly knowledgeable, warm, friendly and patient. Annabel explains everything so well and helped me understand what my recovery would look like depending on the type of surgery I end up having. Explaining how I can best 'train' ahead of surgery to help my recovery. I expect Annabel to be key to my recovery process.

I had a fine line tattoo by Kay and I absolutely love it. I had a lot of communication with Kay up until my appointment. She was great at listening to what I wanted and provided advice and suggestions with my final design. Kay made me feel comfortable during the tattooing, giving me updates as to where she was up to.
