Gemma and Phoebe are insanely good at what they do. I’ve been to each of them and their level of perfection is hard to find when searching for a new salon. I went in to test out my wedding nails and Phoebe took the photo I had and made it even better. I highly recommend booking here.

Gemma’s nail prep is literally second to none. I can never quite believe they’re all mine, as I’ve struggled to grow my nails my entire life. The finish is always perfect and my nails are so strong and healthy! In spite of having ZERO gaps between gel manicures with Gemma for the past two years. I just wish I’d found her sooner.

It's taken me a long time to find a consistent quality nail salon and this it! The attention to detail, intimate setting and great customer service is second to none here in Auckland. Also try the deluxe treatment which incorporates wax dipping for with hands and feet to lock in and moisturizerize ( I havnt found this anywhere else ) . Highly recommend.

Excellent pedi as usual from the nail technicians, but I’ve noted on the past few appts the same person upon arrival often attempts to upsell me on my ‘express gel pedi’ (as named via your online trt menu) and/or gel mani, which I always book in for. It has started to become a point of the treatment process, where it’s shouted across the room in front of clientele, that I’m here for only a “basic” pedicure. My background is Beauty Spa Management, so I know all the tricks of the trade when it comes to upselling. I just don’t think it needs to be laboured on about each time.

Gem always gives the most insane attention to detail for every set. I’ve been so many places for my nails in my life but no one is as careful with nail prep and shaping. She always nails the brief and always leaves me feeling cared for and put together. One off, or regular nail gals, Gem is the best.

I really enjoy my experiences here with Alexandra, she is a real nail wiz especially with her attention to details. Overall fabulous ♡

Alexandra is extremely knowledgeable ,an absolute professional and a perfectionist. Scrupulously clean and has a meticulous attention to detail. Her setup at her home is immaculate, welcoming and relaxed. I am extremely hard wearing on my nails and they were in a terrible state when I first started going to her but she persevered and my nails are now in great condition . I would highly recommend!

Alexandra is an inspired & passionate nail tech. I always come away happy & love the compliments that I get after each appointment. My nails are the healthiest they have been in a long time.

Always such a great knowledgeable service! Have thin nails and they are so gentle and considerate whereas elsewhere is all about speed. Have Builder gel on natural nails and so good for strengthening. Love getting a cup of tea and feeling relaxed.
