Anna was lovely, very at attentive, great massage! The only negative I have is during my treatment all I could hear from outside was people talking about there feet and ingrown toes nails, which was a bit off putting when trying to relax, but didn't put me off l, I'll definitely be booking with Anna again.

Have had my nails done in many places but the time and precision spent on my nails was amazing at Koots . After 3 weeks still no chips or lifting at the edges

Really pleased with my nails today! Katie helped me choose a lovely colour and took her time with application. It was lovely not to be rushed and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Thank you again x
