First time at HOC the lovely leighoni done a red balayage on my hair. . She was professional and knowledgeable on colour. She went through step by step what she was doing and I am happy with the result. It's not the red I wanted however I am aware that there is a process with the red on black hair. She did show me which tone of red would lift and what the final outcome will be eventually and cannot be done in 1 sitting. I will def be booking again to get the desired red I want. All the girls were friendly and there is a great team there good vibes everyone chatty. Very talented set of girls

Serena has done the best colour I could have asked for - her attention to detail today has been amazing and I am so so happy!

It was my first maintenance appointment at HOC for my new extensions. My tapes & weft were still really secure & had lasted really well. Gem worked her magic again with my full head colour - a perfect match. I’m really glad I found the Hoc as my hair always looks and feels amazing - best quality extensions I’ve ever had xx
