Lived in Cardiff 8 years and tried so many salons. This is the only one I’ve stuck with. Everyone is so friendly and makes you feel welcome, no bitchiness or drama, people SMILE AND SAY HELLO. Darla is amazing, goes above and beyond and gets more excited about my hair than me haha. They put your hair first, give you realistic expectations and advice, and do everything they can to make you feel nice about yourself. It’s actually a treat to go instead of anxiety/a chore. Their products are lush, smell amazing and my hair is now in amazing condition. They cheer each other on and it’s just lush🩵

Fabulous, welcoming atmosphere and I couldn’t be happier with my BIAB nails! It was really relaxing and no one was clock-watching which made me feel at ease. A special shoutout to Shauna who was absolutely fantastic as always, helping me choose the right colours to match. My nails look and feel much more healthier, stronger and perfectly shaped.
