Charlotte was so lovely, friendly and professional. I always feel very nervous during makeup appointments and Charlotte put me at ease right away and had me chatting the whole time. I absolutely loved the makeup that Charlotte did for me and she listened to what I wanted while also giving her professional opinion and the result was beautiful. Thank you Charlotte I hope to be back again at some point!

Absolutely lovely to meet Charlotte, felt at ease as soon as we walked through her door. Amazing advice regarding skincare for my daughter and just gorgeous prom trial makeup - Charlotte is so lovely, would highly recommend her.
