it was my first time at the salon but all the ladies made me feel comfortable the moment I walked through the door. Kassandra was awesome and made my trial makeup session (for my son's wedding in June) easy and fun. My makeup turned out lovely.. not too loaded and very natural. Thank you Kassandra.

Beautiful spa and very cozy. Had a 90 min massage and was very pleased with the service. The owner was very friendly and comfortable to be with. I definitely recommend this place for a massage and look forward to trying other services they offer.

Annie is amazing, my nails look perfect for my wedding day! Fika is such a beautiful business and the staff are amazing, everything is clean, health and safety standards are top notch. Would highly recommend this place, will definitely be coming back.

Such a great experience with Sadie! She was incredibly kind and took the time to listen to what i wanted my cut to look like. She was receptive to any changes I wanted to make, and thanks to her my hair looks amazing! This was my first at Fika East and will def be back for my next treatment:) Thank you Sadie!

Natasha was amazing! I had my hair done previously at another salon and was very unhappy with the results. I was embarrassed to go in public with the state my hair was in for two weeks. Natasha took the time to hear what I was unhappy with, what I was hoping my hair to look like, and then transformed my hair into a look I love and feel confident in all while providing and demonstrating her knowledge of hair care and styling. A truly enjoyable experience with wonderful results! I reccomed Natasha and Fika Beauty to everyone. Thank you Natasha.

This was my first visit to Fika and I wasn’t disappointed! Sadie did a great job giving me exactly what I asked for. The cut and colour look great and the little details like a full coffee menu and snacks were such a nice bonus. Found my new salon! Can’t wait to be back next time! Go to Fika and ask for Sadie :)

Thali is the best! She always does an amazing job so I knew I could trust her with my final colour right before my wedding. She matched my clip in extensions perfectly and managed to brighten my colour up drastically. Always a great few hours spent in her chair. Thanks Thali! 💕

First time at a Fika Beauty; I went to the new East location where Kassandra did the Brunette Edit. I’ve been to many hair studios in Ottawa and none of them are as warm, welcoming, and modern as Fika Beauty. The techniques used, the salon space, and the products are top-tier. Not to mention the talented women! Very impressed with Kassandra and will be driving the 45 minutes each way to have my hair done by her again :)

I had an amazing first nail appointment at Fika Beauty with Teagan. She is such an artist. She was able to execute everything I wanted, like I wanted it. I came with reference photos that incorporated elements of the design I wanted, and was able to generate a *somewhat similar image of my vision with AI. Essentially, there wasn’t a perfect reference photo, but Teagan communicated with me so well that it didn’t matter. She also gave great advice when I asked her opinion at times. I just had an overall great experience and I love my nails. Also, the place is gorgeous.

I had a really great first experience! The salon is gorgeous and the service was top notch! The attention to detail with client experience and service was very well done! Teagan helped me choose a design and my nails look amazing! With dip on natural nails, they look real and thin. Not think! I highly suggest anyone trying Fika West☺️💕

Sadie takes the time to ask what I’m looking for in a style. She also explains styling techniques and products best suited for my hair type. I never feel rushed. She did my hair for my daughter’s wedding in January and it was perfect.
