Absolutely amazing experience, took my mum for a deep conditioning treatment and blue dry because she was feeling unhappy with her hair a recent cut & colour elsewhere. The staff helped her get her sparkle back 🌟 they recommended a toner and got her colour how she wanted it in the first place and recommend a shampoo to keep it looking lovely. They spent time explaining to her what was achievable and what wasn't while her hair grows out. It was great to see her so happy afterwards. Not to mention my hair felt great after a conditioning treatment too. Nicole was amazing 🤩

Everything about the service was fantastic. Amazing chat. I was made to feel very welcome and was also educated about hair and products without feeling any pressure to buy anything or also any judgment about my hair at present. Will definitely return.
