The salon is so beautiful and everyone is so nice and welcoming! Xiomara did a phenomenal job and she made sure that I was comfortable and happy with everything before letting me leave. The receptionist is also so kind and provides some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in Miami! Will definitely be returning and bringing friends!

I had a very great experience at Berry’s Roots! The parts were super clean and neat, and my hairstyle looks amazing. She was really nice throughout the whole appointment and even offered snacks, which was such a thoughtful touch. Her family was also very welcoming and kind. I definitely recommend her and will be coming back!

Hannah Jade is the best salon in Miami-Dade and Broward county combined. From owner Vee , Office manager , Tania , to all of their hair specialists including Karina who does professional make up and lashes and Monique and the hair washing staff , the entire staff are artists and professionals. They’re a unique group and I’m honored and humbled to call Hannah Jade my second home .

I've been going to Kairos Hair Salon since before they opened up the Miami Lakes location. Good thing they did, it so much closer to me. Clare is my girl! She always knows exactly what I want. I've also done my makeup and gotten my hair styled there before as well. I'm always treated so good there which is why I've been going for years!

Denise is a delight! So welcoming, sweet, and accommodating. She always asks if I want coffee and takes a general interest in how I'm doing. She takes her time with you and you aren't juggled between other clients. I'm very happy with my cut and color - Denise knows her stuff! It seems all the hair stylists at Kairos are committed to keeping up with the trends by attending conferences for their industry. Kairos also uses quality hair dye products - I never smell strong toxic smells that I was used to at previous hair salons.

I had a bad day experience with two different hair salons, so I decided to try this salon by my job and luckily the owner did my hair. She left my hair beautiful and was able to get me to my natural hair color. I Recommend this hair salon and suck friendly staff!

Clare is amazing! Has been doing my hair for over 13 years. Her salon is cozy and warm. Clare revives my hair every time. Great color, cut and blow dry and makes me feel like family!

Melanie did a great job with my root touchup and styling! I normally style with Claire who was unavailable, but Melanie was happy to do my hair while Claire is out with no deviation in the quality of my service and the beautiful finished product of my hair. All the girls at Kairos Miami Lakes are masters of their craft and can maintain the same gorgeous color and styling among the different stylists. Beyond happy with my results every time I come in!

Another great experience at Hanna Jade Salon! Nurys is simply spectacular with hair color , highlights and blowouts. Vee, Cory, and Ani are equally as amazing . Tania is a wiz with scheduling and extremely accommodating and helpful . Mo is simply the best when washing your hair and provides a great relaxing experience and finally Karina is simply an artist with eyelashes and makeup . Absolutely love Kairos Hair Salon (Miami Lakes) they truly make you feel like family. All the hairstylist are so loving, caring, great chemistry and amazing conversation. My haircut came out incredible during my consultation. She heard everything I had to say, and also gave me suggestions, which was a plus. Donna is truly a scientist (figuring out color formulas etc) and an artist (then figuring out how to use the colors to maximize desired effect! Donna is helping me to go to my natural color which is now gray and silver. But like many of us if not all, we don't just turn gray or silver all at once. And, after years of coloring my hair it turns out that I have gray, silver, red, brown and blonde. Yikes. SO...Donna and I have been exercising patience and slowly moving toward my current natural color. She's a genius! And shout out to Vee, for her consults. I really appreciate these two!
