9/10 times I feel very relaxed when I am having my hair and brows done, Charlotte knows exactly how I like my hair, she also does my husband’s hair and really does do a lovely job. Nothing is too much for them. All staff are very polite and their body language, facial expressions and the way they go about their jobs you can tell they enjoy helping individuals with their chosen treatments.

First time I have visited the salon. I was asked to have a patch test and drop in to discuss my preferences for styling and colouring. Jenny was very knowledgeable and I was appreciative of the way she discussed changes to my original colours …suiting my complexion and fine hair. I felt nervous booking somewhere new however after my discussion with Jenny I was reassured and instinctively knew that I would be happy with the service I would receive. At my appointment for highlights and hair cut..Jenny had a word with me about the highlight colours once more and was happy to take her professional

Always a pleasure! Dawne knows everything there is to know about curly hair. Her and the staff are very welcoming and make you feel relaxed.

Another really good experience with Dawne. She's done a fantastic job on my thin, fine hair and it now looks so much fuller and healthier after finally taking the plunge and getting a big chop to bob length.
