These ladies are absolutely wonderful. I had my roots and extensions put in. I had a small issue with my extensions let them know and I was booked right in and issue corrected immediately. My root color incredible & my extensions are fabulous! Great service and wonderful experience! Highly recommend!!

Ivan is always a joy. I usually just tell him to do what he wants with my hair and EVERY TIME I walk away with a gorgeous cut that grows out perfectly. I now live in Calgary, and when I visit Toronto I always plan a cut with Ivan.

Before I go in I read the reviews she had 5 stars. After meeting her I will give her 5 stars for her honesty and skills. I was worried if my eyebrows hair changes colour, she told me that it would not happen . My eyebrows don’t change colour and I love it.

Hair cut and balayage was great! I love how it turned out, the service was very good especially for a last minute walk in! Mandy was very thorough and made sure she was following what I requested, also offered water during it! Only thing I noticed was my hair has been very dried out ever since, which doesn’t normally happen when I get a cut/color done. Maybe it’s the shampoo/conditioner or perhaps the way the balayage is done (back combing). Otherwise, a very amazing experience and I will be back (just might plan for some deep conditioning treatments at home in the future each time lol)!

Once I got to the salon, The stylist was very welcoming and friendly. She made sure I had a full understanding of what I was requesting, I went in to do highlights and treatment. we discussed the different colour tones, hair treatment, highlighting techniques and hair types, to ensure I was getting the best results. The stylist was informative and knows what she’s doing!. I came in with damaged bleached hair, and she was able to get me to a beautiful ash blonde colour and highlights with no additional bleaching. After treatment, my hair came out soft and shiny again, overall great experience!!

I had my colour touched up and got new nano hair extensions, and I couldn't be happier with the results! Emma, Claudia, and Mya are truly some of the most talented hair professionals I've ever met. Their professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail are exceptional, but what really stands out is their positive vibe and genuine love for what they do. This was my first haircut here in toronto as a tourist. I felt very comfortable and at ease with my hair stylist, I enjoyed the small talk and overall atmosphere. If I visit toronto again I would definitely come back here as this was an amazing experience. Thanks to Fionnuala for making me feel comfortable and taking care of me.

I really liked my cut, my curls have turned out very well. The colour wasn't exactly what i had wanted. Usually I go lighter and it is now quite brown. Not the end of the world, I probably should have communicated clearer that I wanted "cool" blond highlights. Versus "cool" brown.
