I am very happy to find this nice studio where you are well taking care of. A very attentive staff. I have been to a few places in Toronto but I can tell you what I appreciate the most is Jessica guides you but doesn’t impose her taste on you and respects your choices. She is very experienced. On a personal level, she is friendly and has a great sense of humour. I will go back. If you are looking for quality and service try it you won’t be disappointed. Great place, friendly service, great quality products!!!

I got my curly cut (no styling) at The Curl Lounge salon by Phay, and she was wonderful. She gave me the perfect cut—lots of volume while still maintaining some length. I highly recommend Phay and this salon in Toronto. Will be coming back to this salon! Thanks, Phay.

Today was my second time with Danielle. I bought a topper 8 months ago, but I was still self-conscious about wearing it. Danielle was very patient with me, she listened, and during both the initial consultation, and today's service, she took extra time to ensure that I was comfortable and happy with my pieces 😊. Hi Jessica Thank you so much for your dedication to helping me find a topper that was such a great match to my existing hair! I didn’t notice at my fitting/time of purchase that the topper is slightly lifting at the very front even when tightly secured with the clip. I’m hoping with some minor tweaks that this can be fixed, maybe we can book a virtual appointment for me to show you my concerns? Obviously I’ll need to plan a return trip to Toronto for this to be done, but I do feel it’s necessary in order for me to feel confident and comfortable enough to wear it. Thank you Jackie

Amazing experience. Was totally pampered by Jessica and her team in Toronto. Expert advice (colour cut and style) on a new topper (my second) as I wear one every day and wanted a second. If you are someone with thinning hair, you absolutely need to consult with Jo Hair Studio to see your options. There is no need to not look and feel your best every day

Elisha was fantastic! I went in with really wanting to know how to manage my hair, and understand what hairstyle/cuts would suit me. Elisha taught me a lot about my hair, what products to use, how to style. I walked away feeling great and seeing my curls come to life. Highly recommend!!
