I enjoyed the wash, just didn't like when I was under the dryer, the product and steam started dripping down my face. Only to be wrapped thereafter... but overall, my hair feels great

Was running late with my original appointment time, they still squeezed me in for the last appointment of the day. Have been a regular with Tonia for quite sometime now, and she's no less than a magician when it comes to hairstyling.. be it the new season cut, or going on a vacation, gearing up for my next work trip or a getting ready for late nighout / dinner.. she's always made me look sharp and ready for all occasions .. My experience with Tash was amazing as usual. However it was quiet disturbing that we were approached by another hair stylist .... I am always purchasing the kevin Murphy products and yesterday my husband was with me at the salon , so he was having a look at the products lolming for a shampoo for thinning hair and he opened the lid of one of the bottles and he placed it back on shelf. The lady then approached us while we were paying and said to my husband that he shouldn't be doing that. I totally understand your policies and rules however the shampoo was sealed. It's no

Lovely experience at the Federation today it was my first time with Joeline but she really took the time to understand my hair requirements and what was needed for the day. She delivered and was very professional and extremely talented. As she also fixed my previous botched hair cut. Will return to federation to continue receiving such great service.

Friendly staff and easy to find hair services - what more could I ask for? What truly stood out was the pain-free experience during my natural hair wash, detangling, and styling - a testament to their skill and care. The ladies at Nalane helped me decide on a style and used a divine-smelling moisturiser which led me to discover their in-house product line. I couldn't resist purchasing all three products! I'm hooked!😅

I was throughly impressed by everything. From the booking system, the friendly staff and the hair styling of course! A solid 10/10😀

I had the most beautiful experience. The service was out of this world, however the lady that did my wig lines was pulling my hair, it was a bit uncomfortable. Overall service was an 8/10

Friendly and gentle stylists. I haven’t been in a salon in over 10yrs as i don’t like my hair being combed and blowed dried. At Nalane they respect that and are gentle with detangling and doing my hair. I have found a new home for me and my kids.
