Alicia did an amazing job with my haircut. They were super chill about me being uncertain about how exactly I wanted it doing and was able to give me amazing advice to get the look I wanted. Thank you so much for being so patient and doing such an amazing job. I couldn't recommend this place any higher, friendly staff, amazing vibes. Amazing barbershop if you're also neurodivergent like me as there is no pressure and incredible patience and understanding.

First visit for hair styling and cut. Julie was social, polite and I felt loads better with myself after leaving with a new cut. Definitely a warm welcome with Tina and the team.

First time using the salon and I had a fab experience. I had a texture release treatment and the results were better than I could have imagined. I'm so happy with my hair, even styling it myself it looks good!

Adam has cut my hair for years now & has always gone above & beyond to make my appointments comfortable. He is clearly a very skilled stylis & takes time to listen to any concerns that I may have - he's never given me bad advice. If he every retires I don't know what I'll do!!

Excellent Olivia is friendly and takes good care of my hair

I've cut my own hair for 1.5 years due to being fed up of paying "women prices" for my short hair, but wanted a proper shape and fade and styling advice so booked with Ant. Absolutely amazing experience, it felt like a collaboration to get my hair to its best. Every decision was explained and I learned a lot, and felt comfortable and appreciated throughout. My new regular barbers!

Once again I had a great experience at Serena Giscombe & Co. Cassandra and a trainee hairstylist were very welcoming and put me at ease straight away. I had a consultation with Cassandra, who is very experienced and very knowledgable. She took the time to explain what I could have done during my appointment without any pressure. I'm very pleased with the results, Thank you
