I go there for wax, lips, eyelashes and eyebrows and she is Grrrreat! 2 of us had our eyebrows ruined by Chelsea's Beauty in Walsall and the damage was severe so Jess is now fixing that for us but it is a challenge, yet she pulled it off so well and has us looking normal again. She is professional, transparent, and honest, rather than saying yes to anything to grab your money.

I’m so pleased with my powdered coat lips, jess is fantastic, she makes you feel very relaxed, , I’ve also had my eye brows powdered coating , if I could give the treatment more than 5 stars, I would . ThankYou Jess looking forward to having my nails gelled Margaret x
