I had the chance to work with three techs (two for my nails, and one for my lashes) and everyone was lovely—kind, friendly, and professional. My deluxe pedicure and bio gel set are perfect! The only issue was communication about my lash lift and tint. As it was my first time, I made sure to mention that, but I wasn’t asked how much lift I wanted. The tech chose a very subtle lift, and I would have chosen maximum lift if I’d known there were different options. I feel like I paid for a service with very little visible difference which is really disappointing.

Brow map, tint and threading. This was my first visit and my first experience with threading, and it couldn’t have gone better. Megan was incredibly attentive, checking in throughout to make sure I was happy with the shape. She was calm, gentle, and made the whole experience so relaxing—I could’ve fallen asleep in the chair, even during the threading! I’ll definitely be a repeat customer.

I came to Tala Beauty Bar for laser hair removal on my back and shoulders. They use the Venus Velocity diode laser, and the results have been impressive even early on. It’s rare to find this level of technology and quality at such fair pricing in downtown Toronto. Mina was excellent and very patient, and she made sure everything was done properly. I felt comfortable throughout the entire session. I’ll be continuing the rest of my treatments here. Highly recommend.

My consultation appointment was amazing! She is so kind, educated, and made me feel completely comfortable. We dissolved some previous lip filler done at a different clinic and added a bit of forehead Botox, and I didn’t feel any pain at all. She’s incredibly gentle and truly amazing with needles. I’m looking forward to my lip filler appointment in a couple weeks. I Highly recommend booking!

Amazing job on my lash lift and tint as well as eyebrow wax! She was careful but efficient it was only a little under an hour for the whole process which is great. She took her time to really make sure no tint was left over or got in my eyes. I love them!

I had such a great experience with Sabrina at Blade to Brows! Not only was her studio bright & beautiful, it was clean & well organized. Her professional demeanor put me at ease right away and she took the time to give me a little preview of what my brows would look like using a removable wax crayon. This gives you the opportunity to tweak what you want to tweak with her guidance and recommendations. However, I didn’t need to tweak a thing! She’s just that good! I looked far and wide for someone with her skill set and let me tell you, her work is worth every minute of the drive from Toronto!

I was a little nervous for my Lip Blush appointment but Lesley took every measure to make me feel comfortable! She meticulously drew my lips first to make sure I liked the shape and was constantly checking in with me during the procedure. I'm still in the healing stages but I can tell she works very gently and the colour was exactly what I asked for! I cant imagine going anywhere else, thanks Lesley!

I had my permanent eyeliner done by Maria and I couldn’t be happier. She’s very skilled, friendly, and honest, and made sure to discuss everything with me before starting. When I asked for a thicker liner, she happily adjusted it and drew it on first until we found the shape I loved. The final result looks natural but really makes my eyes pop, exactly what I wanted. I've had bad experiences in the past with painful uneven eyebrow tattoos, too thick, close, dark and deep lefting me visible scarfs. I've spent a fortune trying to remove it unsuccessfully till I meet Sabrina. She was very empathetic. She sends me with Lee Gagnon (Laser Away Ink, Cambridge ON) to remove previous tattoos. After 5 laser session my forehead was clean for Sabrina to make a new, delicate, symmetric eyebrow. She is a perfectionist, detail-oriented artist, it is exactly what you need in someone making permanent tattoo in your face. Im very grateful for Sabrina advice, work & patience
