Adele took the time to tailor the treatment to exactly what I needed and blended the aromatherapy oils to suit my individual needs, which made the whole experience feel really personal and thoughtful. The massage itself was incredibly relaxing, with just the right pressure throughout. I left smelling lovely,feeling refreshed, and far less tense both physically and mentally. Cove Holistics really is a hidden gem. What Adele has created is a truly special place. As soon as I walked through the door, I stepped into a calm and peaceful space and instantly felt relaxed. I started with 25 minutes in the infrared sauna, which really is an added bonus before my two-hour full body massage. It was just the relaxation I needed. Adele is amazing. I will definitely be going back.

A lovely evening of Yoga, realignment and finished with a session in the infrared sauna. Incredibly relaxed and had the best nights sleep. 100% will be booking again, so glad to have found this hidden gem ✨
