Nicola is amazing. I used the Sauna today and then had a massage. Always helps me to feel so much better, physically and mentally. She gives lots of advise. Cannot recommend her enough -)

LOVE coming to Nicola for my massage and reflexology. Such a chilled and relaxing environment and always made to feel comfortable and welcome. You can chat whilst having treatment or you can just be silent in the moment. Would never go anywhere else!! Can't wait for my next treatment as always xxx
