Alaine is lovely! From start to finish she made me feel so relaxed and welcome. I enjoyed a very relaxing reflexology treatment which was amazing. I’m so glad I’ve found this local gem of a sanctuary and will definitely return to try other treatments.

Really enjoyed the thai package including full body massage and reflexology. The treatment room was so peaceful, the music, temperature was good. Baboa was very skilled and I felt like I was innexpert hands. Thank you so much for such a zen experience.

i went for reflexology with an open mind see if it would help my aging body (i'm 52) and wow what an experience i was able to bend my knee without pain for first time in forever i can't describe the sensations but it was weirdest experience is all i can say it was amazing i had a session with caroline and rebooked straight away

I have already left a positive review on TripAdvisor as u wanted but normally I leave reviews on fresha so my 1st ever visit here was superb it went to plan I enjoyed my Indian head massage wiv Abi very much most importantly left Spa feeling great wat I wanted & exactly wat i achieved shud hav perhaps booked an earlier appointment jus because in the spontaneous moment I was liking indian head massage that much fancied a Swedish massage but my appointment was 540pm & they close 630pm.I will jus book again next time for that whenever I require a treat and want my mood lifting

Good experience. The staff were friendly and explained things well. The place was clean. The only thing I wish I'd know about noise's from other treatment room eg, doors opening/closing. It made me feel anxious in the pod that someone was coming in the room. But after a while I knew that wasn't the case and was able to relax and enjoy the experience.

I can’t recommend Lucy enough! I had the reflexology and leg massage and everything about it was amazing. Lucy put me at ease straight away, explained the treatment and sought information on what I’d like to get from the session. She then began the treatment with some breathing exercises to help me relax and get the most out of the experience. It was so good that I booked my next appointment there and then!

I had the most amazing Indian head massage and reflexology with Alaine. The attention to detail and care she put into my appointment, and all of the communication pre-appointment was wonderful. I feel so relaxed now. It’s such an amazing tranquil space. I’ll definitely be back, and telling all my friends

I experienced a great day with both Barbora and Natalia. I had not experienced reflexology before, I did feel an increase in energy. Natalia explained how to use the Floatation Therapy pod, in reflection I enjoyed the time to connect with myself. All over it was a lovely, relaxing and mindfulness day. I would defiantly go again. I had an amazing experience at Om Holistic. It was the best treatment I've ever had. Alaine made me feel completely relaxed and at ease from arrival. The facial and reflexology were incredible and I felt so relaxed. Alaine goes to great lengths to ensure you have the best experience and little touches like a cup of tea and biscuit to end your session were the icing on the cake. I can't wait to go again. I had an amazing experience. I got full body massage. I was greeted with a herbal tea. I was explained the whole procedure quite well. I liked the sound played in background and the smell/scent of the candles - making the whole experience very pleasant. Alaine has got very gentle and warm hands. She didn’t rush and kept it slow and smooth. I liked the massage on feet and hands and shoulders - most enjoyable. I would like to get reflexology next as I felt that would help relieve some of my stress further.
