I booked a foot massage which included a neck and shoulder massage and added on reflexology. Lynsey is a great masseuse and made me feel comfortable and relaxed the whole time. Highly recommend 😊

A session with Nerys is just so nurturing and at 39 weeks pregnant it was perfect to have this session and feel safe in her capable hands, the reflexology felt especially good for the feet! So much love xxx

I had been struggling to sleep well for few weeks & generally felt a bit low on energy and had recurring headaches. I’ve seen Millie before & loved my session so knew it would be beneficial now. During the session I completely switched off & relaxed, felt calm and my headache eased. That night I had 9.5hrs of excellent quality sleep! I would 100% recommend Millie & reflexology, it’s a game changer!
