Lucy is so welcoming, friendly and will always make you feel at ease. Before doing my eyebrows Lucy asked if it was okay that a fellow colleague watched how she works with thin eyebrows (which I have) but always manages to make them look thicker than they really are - she definitely knows how to work her magic!
