This is my second appointment with Charlotte. Fabulous as the first for my lash enhancement which overall has saved me a lot time . Has microblading today, in order to cover bald patches in my eyebrows. I have been really nervous about this, as I wanted a natural look. Annie really took her time to make sure we got the shape I wanted and right colouring. Really pleased with the results and can’t wait to see how they develop with the final top up too. Thank you.

I was made to feel comfortable as soon as I walked in. Vicki was very attentive and checked in with me on a few occasions to make sure I was warm/cool/comfortable. She was very professional and friendly and I prefer to not go to a salon so it was perfect for me. Vicki explained everything to me beforehand so I knew exactly what was happening. The facial was so relaxing I could have fallen asleep. I felt her prices were really good too. I will definitely use Vicki again and I can highly recommend her. Really good, very nice rooms. Had my eyebrows shaped and tinted, very happy with the results. I didn't have any irritation or redness which I have experienced at some other salons. Annie takes great care and is very professional.
